Our meeting point is Glenburn Bend Park, between Great Valley Road and High Street, GLEN IRIS.

SCHOOLS TREE DAY 2008
55 students and teachers from two schools helped to plant over 1000 plants at Muswell Bend Park.

NATIONAL TREE DAY 2008
65 people registered and 800 plants were planted on both sides of Gardiners Creek at Nettleton Park Reserve and across the creek on the Stonnington side of the creek.

The freeway embankment was planted by local school students in 1999. Our Corymbia citriodora (lemon scented gum) is now registered by the National Trust of Victoria as a significant tree, File Number T12116.  See photos above.
