VDSAC

VDSAC (The Victorian Disabled Sports Advisory Committee Inc) is the peak organisation servicing sport for people with disabilities in Victoria, Australia. It acts as the umbrella organisation for sporting bodies responsible for helping people and athletes with disabilities. It aims to promote the development of sport for athletes with disabilities.

Waverley Scale Modelling Club

Waverley Scale Modelling Club holds informal and informative meetings at the Waverley Art, Craft and Hobby Centre at 52 Wadham Parade, Mount Waverley on the second Tuesday of the month. Meetings start at approximately 7:30pm and usually last two hours. During these meetings, members bring along interesting models and exchange ideas and information of what is happening in the modelling world - new releases, competitions, useful techniques etc. Occasionally there are guest speakers, demonstrations, and video/slide presentations. The club caters for all types of modellers - Aircraft, Military, Car, Diorama, Ship, Truck, Figure, Fantasy, Sci-Fi and every other kind of modeller! Skill level is not important, it's the hobby itself that counts. There is a small annual membership fee to cover running costs and includes entry into Club competitions. The Club is open to all members of the community.
