We teach a form of practical spirituality that we call Urban Mysticism. It involves simple ways of living and meditating that anyone can use. Many thousands of people internationally have used these approaches and have found great benefit in their lives. These include improved health, happiness and general well-being, greater capacity to concentrate, remember and think clearly about things, increased capacity to plan and achieve what is important, and an ever increasing awakening of awareness to spiritual dimensions in everything. Urban Mysticism more clearly described as spiritual practice, because involves responding to the practical every day demands of life and working out how to shape preferred lives out of these. It does not involved commitments to beliefs or creeds. People from many different ethnic origins, religious backgrounds, and occupational and age groups have used what the Network makes available.
