We teach a form of practical spirituality that we call Urban Mysticism. It involves simple ways of living and meditating that anyone can use. Urban Mysticism more clearly described as spiritual practice, because involves responding to the practical every day demands of life and working out how to shape preferred lives out of these. It does not involved commitments to beliefs or creeds. People from many different ethnic origins, religious backgrounds, and occupational and age groups have used what the Network makes available.
