Interchange Central Gippsland A Victorian Site

Interchange Central Gippsland is a respite service for families of children and young people with disabilities who live at home in the shires of Latrobe City, Baw Baw, South Gippsland and Bass Coast. We provide support aimed at assisting families to cope with the demands and isolation that they may feel as a result of providing full time care for a child or young person who has a disability. Planned respite can make a difference by giving parents and caregivers time off for their own needs or those of other family members.
