The CG Jung Society of Melbourne aims to provide a forum for the discussion and exploration of the work of Carl Gustav Jung, and its developments and
applications. Our monthly lectures, workshops and courses are open to the public as well as members. The lectures are usually held on the third Friday of the month at St David's Uniting Church Hall, corner of Burke and Mont Albert
Roads, Canterbury and are free to members. Our Library is open on lecture evenings and our members can borrow from the large collection of Jungian books and
journals.

The University of Melbourne is conducting a randomised controlled trial evaluating mental health first aid (MHFA) educational materials for adults. MHFA refers to the help provided to a person developing a mental health problem or in a mental health crisis. We are looking to recruit approximately 300 adult members of the general public (18 years and over) who have access to a computer with a CD drive and the internet. Participants will be asked to complete 3 online questionnaires. The study has been approved by The University of Melbourne’s Human Research Ethics Committee ID No: 0827110.
It has the potential to increase confidence within the general public, in providing help to those who are developing a mental illness or are in a crisis situation and reduce stigma associated with mental illness.
