A mailing list is a collection of addresses to which a copy of a message can be sent. An electronic mailing list enables each person on the list to receive an electronic copy of every message. Existing members can e-mail their message to the list. Each list must have a moderator who plays a role in managing the list functions. To participate all you need is an e-mail address.
