Here are the basic steps required to set up FileZilla v3.X.X for connecting to your VICNET Web space.
Unless otherwise stated, VICNET advises that you leave the default settings in place when you install FileZilla. Failure to use the installation defaults shown may mean we’re unable to assist you with problems you may have.
Download version 3.1.5.1 (the latest as of 15/11/2008), and save it to your desktop.

FileZilla Clienticon on your desktop. The program launch icon looks similar to the one which you may have downloaded to install FileZilla. The difference is the launch icon does not have numbers in it. If you see the license agreement box from step 3 when you double click on it, you have selected the wrong icon, and you should click
Canceland double click on the OTHER FileZilla icon on your desktop.
