Magic Mail Monitor (MMM) is a POP3 email checker, written by Val Ovechkin, that allows you to check unlimited email boxes for new mail and be notified as soon as it arrives.

Magic Mail Monitor is used by Vicnet Customer Service when we need to delete a large email (or two) from a customer's mailbox because configuring version 2.8 is quick and easy. As MMM directly accesses email boxes on the Vicnet server and only downloads limited information known as 'headers' - including the size of each email - you can easily see which emails in your mailbox are creating a bottleneck when you are trying to get your email. Deleting an email containing an oversized attachment inadvertantly sent to you from an inexperienced Web user is a simple and empowering self-help solution to frustrating email delivery delays.
