Vicnet is Victoria's community network, delivering Internet services to people all around Victoria. Vicnet aims to encourage all Victorians to make the most of the Internet. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) is responsible for carrying out day-to-day network operations and providing support for our customers who are subscribers of the following products: DSL, satellite, VicOne, wireless, fibre optic and ISDN. Our responsibilities include responding to faults reported to us by customers, providing notice and information about scheduled or unscheduled outages, and providing information on customer usage of Vicnet services.
If your data usage has changed and you are getting billed for excess data you can adjust your data rate by completing the Vicnet data upgrade / downgrade form and faxing this form to Vicnet on 03 9639 2175.
For Library and Clients with 24 hr support contracts please call the pager number DIRECT to notify us of an OUTAGE. These requests will be attended to with the utmost urgency.
