1. Bandwidth (download / upload): is measured in Kilobits per second (kbps). Downloads is the information delivered to your computer and uploads is information sent from your computer.2. Megabytes per month: usage calculated on downloads only. Your usage statistics are available to you in Members Services, located in the left hand side menu shortcuts.3. Excess fees: billed monthly4. E-mail addresses: Extra e-mails can be purchased from VICNET. Please refer to the E-mail account information for more detail.5. Additional PPP set up (once off): Additional PPP session from existing VICNET ADSL connection.
