What do to with VICNET product and services application forms

VICNET accepts product and services order forms via three methods of delivery:

• Fax
  If paying by credit card or purchase order, you may fax your forms to VICNET (Remember to including your purchase order if applicable). Our fax number is (03) 9639 2175
• Post
  If paying by cheque
  VICNET
  State Library of Victoria
  328 Swanston Street
  Melbourne, Victoria, 3000
• In person
  Same as above, except we are Entrance #2, Cnr. Latrobe Street & Swanston Street
