VICNET's SHDSL Extra METRO service is available for customers in Metropolitan Melbourne. This service comes in two versions. Our SHDSL Extra METRO Light service for smaller organisation who are light users of the Internet but who need super fast connections, see the following for more information. Metro based organisations who need larger monthly megabyte options should refer to our SHDSL Extra METRO service.

Terms & Conditions

1. Bandwidth (download / upload): is measured in Kilobits per second (kbps). Downloads is the information delivered to your computer and uploads is information sent from your computer.
2. Megabytes per month: usage calculated on downloads only. Your usage statistics are available to you in Members Services, located in the left hand side menu shortcuts.
3. Excess fees: billed monthly
4. E-mail addresses: Extra e-mails can be purchased from VICNET. Please refer to the E-mail account information for more detail.
5. Additional PPP set up (once off): Additional PPP session from existing VICNET SHDSL connection.
